roadTetris DAO roadmap

The roadmap sets a sequence of milestones without hard dates: the project is simultaneously technological, infrastructure, and institutional. The development logic follows one success criterion: the ability to acquire stablecoins in permissionless on-chain environments without RUB currency constraints, driven by sustainable RUBT liquidity and reproducible settlement via the partner perimeter.

10.1 Launch of RUBT and DeFi liquidity

  • deployment of RUBT smart contracts and governance infrastructure;

  • listing RUBT on key DEX venues (including a path to Uniswap v4);

  • forming initial POL liquidity in RUBT/USDT, RUBT/ETH, RUBT/BTC pairs, etc.;

  • launching Points programs for early users and LPs.

10.2 Connecting initial Execution Platforms and launching perimeter operations

  • connecting partner Execution Platforms capable of RUB settlements and Digital Right accounting under their admission/compliance rules;

  • deploying Managed Wallets (EIP-4337) and mirror architecture in integrations;

  • launching operations affecting Claims within the perimeter: RUB on-ramp/off-ramp, trading/transfers within the perimeter, buyback 1 RUBT = 1 RUB under the perimeter settlement procedures.

10.3 Scaling on-chain liquidity and POL

  • expanding RUBT liquidity pools in DeFi and increasing exchange capacity;

  • integrating lending and derivatives protocols (increasing demand for RUBT as collateral);

  • growing POL via the treasury and debt instruments (with risk controls);

  • launching reward and Rebate programs for infrastructure partners.

10.4 TETRIS token generation and Governance launch

  • token generation for TETRIS;

  • launching veTETRIS mechanics (locks up to 4 years, position NFTs, delegation);

  • launching governance infrastructure: timelock, CRC, DAO multisig;

  • implementing voting procedures on key protocol parameters and treasury strategy.

10.5 Activation of a Uniswap v4 hook with the Rebate model

  • upgrading the hook stub to full logic;

  • enabling partner-specific Rebate mechanisms for veTETRIS-holding partners;

  • launching “partner → client Managed Wallet sets” mapping for correct flow attribution and targeted incentives;

  • adjusting Rebate parameters based on market practice and Governance decisions.

10.6 Expanding partnerships and integrations

  • expanding banks, PSPs, wallets, and infrastructure operators using RUBT as a fast conversion route into crypto assets;

  • institutional integrations with CeFi/OTC venues, clearing centers, and fintech infrastructure;

  • grant programs and joint products around RUBT (integrations, routers, cross-chain availability, new use cases).

10.7. Preparing and supporting licensing of the Settlement Agent

  • legal and technical support for the Agent to obtain a license for issuing a regulated stablecoin / e-money / tokenized deposits in ADGM, Hong Kong, or comparable jurisdictions;

  • adapting operations and protocol configuration to regulator requirements (without changing holder-right invariants);

  • structuring a future revenue sharing and DAO capital arrangement with the licensed structure.

Licensing is treated as an important but long and timeline-uncertain path.

10.8. Potential transition to a licensed structure and revenue sharing

  • transferring RUBT smart-contract control to the Agent’s licensed structure via Governance procedures;

  • executing a separate Revenue Sharing Agreement with framework parameters (DAO share up to 50% of net income, but not as a binding commitment);

  • redefining the DAO role as a provider of capital, protocol logic, and ecosystem around the licensed product.
