About the Project

Tetris is a non-profit infrastructure protocol for Digital Rights that connects the RUB settlement perimeter with global on-chain liquidity. RUBT provides a fully compliant mechanism for RUB settlements, enabling corporates, importers, banks, and PSPs to use Digital Rights for fast, transparent, and controllable cross-border operations.

For businesses, RUBT reduces the cost of RUB flows and compresses clearing time to minutes by providing access to on-chain liquidity. The project is built on the principle of mirror accounting between registers in different jurisdictions and on-chain wallets, which delivers infrastructure fully aligned with regulatory requirements and operated through licensed intermediaries—eliminating informal arrangements with elevated legal risk. Banks and PSPs can embed RUBT into their products, connect RUBT/USDT liquidity, and access protocol Rebate mechanisms through veTETRIS.

The TETRIS token serves as the Governance mechanism and an incentive-alignment tool between the DAO and institutional partners. It provides access to decision-making and protocol incentives through long-term participation via veTETRIS.
